If it's a habitual problem then they need to do something since the parents probably don't give a fuck that their kid is the only one getting in trouble. If anything, I'm sure the school has some kind of guidelines that after a certain amount of tardies and detentions the kid would get suspended for a day or two. Let the parents deal with having to figure out what to do with the kid for those couple of days while they have to go to work. Of course parents like that would probably bitch about the school being unfair to them instead of accepting the consequences for their actions. (dizzy)


As far as the parents with a kid that has a disability and a lot of equipment, they know they have to load up all of that stuff so they should adjust their schedule to give them time to do that. A lot of times they fight and complain that they don't want their kid to be treated any different except when it's to their benefit.

I don't think this would qualify as satire. It may be just a prank but it still probably qualifies as defamation of character/slander. Does she need to sue them? I don't know. If it got around and people in the community really believed that she was a lesbian or if it had an adverse effect on her employment, then yeah, maybe.

She also could've just suspended them for a couple weeks and given them detention for the rest of the year/semester or something.

That's just like an investigative report I saw on MSNBC when they pose as a 14yo boy and have guys come to meet them at their house cuz the parents are away for the weekend.

When they get there they sit in the kitchen for a minute and the reporter comes walking out asking what they're doing there. The looks on the guys face are priceless. :S

One guy stripped in the garage, came in and sat in the kitchen naked. The same guy fell for it again the next day but went to McDonalds to meet "the kid."


There was even a teacher and a rabbi that got caught.

Since it was done by a reporter they didn't get busted right there but they sent the info to the cops to investigate them.
