My 1997 Mustang Cobra vert

As far as I have been able to find out that they only made 8 for
1997 with the saddle top, saddle leather interior and pacific green
exterior with a 5 speed. I love this car and it really is fun to drive.
The MSRP was for less than 30 k and it was and is still a kick ass
little hot rod.

This was the year ford introduced the all aluminum 4.6 liter fi v-8 (281 ci), 32 valve dohc modular (mod) motor that produced 305 hp and 300 ft lbs of torque at the crank in stock config. When I bought it in '05 there was 51k on the clock and it is just over 98k now. There is a secondary set of "throttle plates" in the intake track that start to open at around 3400 rpm and the motor comes into the powerband, it redlines at around 6500 rpm making good useable horsepower the whole time. There are tons of streetable examples making 600 + hp @ the rear wheels on a bacisally stock motor with just bolt on's, it has a 6 bolt bottom end.

I'm sorry a_t_k I've never been a fan of FOMOCO. I'm a Dodge Boy and I was ready to give up on the big 3 'till they started to do retro.
Yours is "nice" and all don't get me wrong but it just ain't a mustang and horrors at calling it a Cobra let alone a Shelby.

rolling stock available. I was pretty much drooling too when I first saw the new
Challenger HEMI scooting down the freeway, The reworked Camaro SS looks
pretty sweet too.. (I had a 99 Camaro SS with the LS1 engine). In 08, a coworker’s
bud came to visit him and rolled up in this pretty blue 07. Check out engine bay
